Dhairyasheel Mohite Patil has grown as a promising entrepreneur over last 12 years with an extra ordinary business exposure over a wide spectrum of activities. He brings rich experience of managing small and large organizations and institutions of both, the Co-operative Sector and of Private nature.

He heads the Shivamrut Co-operative Milk Federation which is a large Co-operative Milk Dairy with a mammoth milk distribution of about 1.8 lakh litres per day and an annual turnover of over Rs.250 crores. He also has been actively involved in setting up business activities ranging from Information and Technology services, manufacturing of sugar and related products. With acute knowledge of the Akluj territory and a strong business and social base , he rightly measured the potential of construction and building related activities at Akluj and nearby areas.

He established Shivratna Land Developers to initiate the construction and land development activities at premium locations. He has been actively involved in managing various educational institutes involving primary and secondary schools at multiple locations in the Solapur district.

He has been instrumental in setting up graduation and post graduation colleges in the fields of computer science, management studies, teachers training education and paramedical courses in nursing sciences. Over 40,000 students have been pursuing education in more than 60 schools and colleges set up in the Solapur District in these institutes headed by Dhairyasheel.
